Nord Portal is operated from Doha, Qatar under the public name Nord Team. This page explains how information is handled when you browse listings, read articles or use our contact form.
Browsing and security
Cloudflare delivers and protects the website. Technical information such as IP addresses, requested URLs and response information can be processed to serve pages, prevent abuse and investigate errors. Workers logs on our current paid plan have a seven-day retention period; other provider records and backups can follow different retention rules. Do not include sensitive details in search queries.
Contact messages
The form asks for your email, subject and message, with an optional link to a page on this site. When sending is available, messages pass through our hosting and email providers to the Nord Team inbox so we can handle your request. The form does not store a message copy in the website database. Received correspondence remains in the inbox until deleted. Do not send CVs, identity documents or sensitive personal details. The form reports when delivery is unavailable.
Job sources and articles
Job listings come from external sources and may contain employer or recruiter contact information. Selected records and sources are also used to prepare and review articles with editorial agents. Expired listings are removed from current search results; this does not mean every source record, editorial reference or backup is immediately erased. Applications take place on the linked external website, whose own privacy terms apply.
Browser storage, photos and advertising
A language preference is stored in your browser when you choose it. You can remove it through your browser settings. Article photographs can load from Pexels, which receives the information needed to deliver the image. Advertising networks and advertising placeholders are disabled. This launch does not use a visitor analytics tag.
Where information is processed
Nord Team operates from Qatar. Cloudflare uses international infrastructure; our latest checks show the four job databases serving from Western Europe. Hosting, email and editorial services may process information in other countries. We have not moved the site to an exclusively outside-EU infrastructure.
Questions and data requests
Use the contact page to ask about information relating to you or to request access, correction, deletion or restriction where applicable. Give enough context to locate the relevant record without sending unnecessary sensitive documents. You may also contact the competent data-protection authority.
