We're partnering with a growing and ambitious looking for an Interim HR Generalist who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact across a diverse portfolio of businesses.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. One moment you'll be supporting a recruitment campaign, the next coaching People Advisors through employee relations matters, delivering management training, or helping to embed people processes within newly acquired businesses. If you thrive on variety, enjoy working at pace and love making a difference, this could be the perfect opportunity.

What we're looking for

You'll be a proactive and confident HR professional who enjoys taking ownership and delivering high-quality outcomes in a busy environment.

You'll have:

Proven HR generalist experience at People Manager, HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor level.

CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent).

Experience working within fast-paced, growing SME environments.

Strong employee relations knowledge and the ability to provide practical, commercially focused HR advice.

Experience coaching and supporting junior HR colleagues.

Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.

The ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing business needs.

Experience delivering training and developing management capability.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence when appropriate.

The ability to work independently while keeping key stakeholders informed and engaged.

Desirable experience

Food manufacturing, FMCG or operational business experience.

Experience supporting organisations through periods of growth, acquisition or change.

Multi-site HR experience.

The role

Based at the Group Head Office in Worcestershire.

Hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Additional office presence will be required during onboarding and induction.

Occasional travel to UK sites as business needs dictate.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
