Delivery Manager | Payments & FinTech | I'm currently working with a growing fintech and payment solutions business that's looking to appoint a Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of strategic payment and integration initiatives.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a smaller, highly agile team that is investing heavily in the evolution of its payment platform and partner ecosystem.

The role will focus on managing the delivery of payment solution integrations with third-party POS, ticketing and hospitality platforms, whilst driving enhancements across the wider product offering. Much of the development is delivered by external partners, so success in this role will come from strong stakeholder management, delivery leadership and the ability to coordinate multiple technology workstreams.

We're keen to speak with candidates who have experience in: Payments or FinTech environments

Payment gateways, acquiring, merchant services or transaction platforms

POS / EPOS, ticketing or integrated software solutions

Managing third-party vendors and development partners

Agile delivery and software implementation projects

End-to-end project or delivery management

What you'll be doing Leading the delivery of payment platform integration projects

Managing external development partners and software vendors

Working closely with technical, commercial and operational stakeholders

Supporting the rollout of new payment capabilities and product enhancements

Driving improvements to existing payment solutions and customer experience

Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard

What's on offer? £70,000-£90,000 base salary

This would suit a Delivery Manager, Senior Project Manager or Implementation Manager with a background in payments, fintech, software integrations or transaction technologies who enjoys operating in a hands-on, fast-moving business.
