Working hours - Mon to Fri 35 hours 09am - 5pm

Location: MK44 - Beds

Job Type: Full-time, Temporary with potential for Permanent

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our small, friendly team. This role offers an ideal opportunity for someone looking to secure a permanent position in the future. The successful candidate will be integral to our operations, handling stock control, picking and packing customer orders, and reworking products as necessary within a dynamic warehouse environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

Receive, check, and book in stock deliveries.

Accurately pick customer orders in line with company procedures.

Pack orders securely and efficiently for dispatch.

Label and prepare goods for shipment.

Carry out stock checks and assist with regular stock takes.

Rework products where required (e.g., relabelling, repackaging, assembling, or quality checks).

Maintain accurate stock records and report any discrepancies.

Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organised, and safe.

Adhere to health & safety procedures at all times.

Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential.

Familiarity with picking, packing, and stock control processes.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physically fit and capable of manual handling.

Basic IT skills for operating stock systems and scanners.
